Although Gérald has been entertaining children from his native France for more than 20 years, he has been performing regularly in Canada for the last 10 years. His music and his stage performance have been widely acclaimed by children’s entertainment critics both here and in Europe. More than 80 000 Canadian children have had the opportunity to appreciate his performances, which could be compared to Fred Penner “en français”. Over the years, he has released a number of CD’s and videos, his last of which is entitled “Le p’tit magasin” (The little store).

Gérald is known for his intelligent song writing, as he is a firm believer that children need to be stimulated through music, not just entertained. His performance is a voyage that intertwines song and story telling. Both the young and the young at heart will enjoy his performance, particularly children between the ages of 3 and 10.

Through a wide variety of musical styles, which ranges from jazz to rap and rock to ballads, Gérald offers a unique show that will surely be appreciated by all present.
